Job Title: Baker / Pastry Cook

Job Description
- Able to produce all baked foods including but not limited to artisan bread, rolls, muffin, pie, cake and doughnuts etc.
- Weighing and measuring ingredients in the pastries section
- Executing pastries orders for catered event accommodating special requests
- Demonstrating skill in baking, pastries, dessert sand sweets
- Creating enticing confectionary decoration and delicious pastry filling as well as keeping abreast of new pastry baking techniques
- Maintaining the good running order and specialized pastry baking equipment
- Maintains and keeps pastry section records
- Ensure excellent quality throughout the dessert offering
- Able to develop, designs, or creates innovative ideas and items for the pastry section
- Decorate pastries and desserts using different type of icing and toppings.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications
- Two or more years of experience as a pastry cook or baker or similar with high volume food production.
