Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Streamline Processes: Analyze and improve existing operational workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Team Management: Supervise, mentor, and motivate departmental teams to meet organizational objectives.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to align departmental goals with the organization's overall mission.Auditing: Conduct regular audits of departmental work to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.Alignment with Objectives: Ensure all staff are working cohesively to achieve the organization’s goals.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the management team to identify opportunities for business growth and innovation.
• Technology Integration:Leverage technology to optimize operations, manage tasks, and improve communication within the organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Business Strategist, or a similar role within a real estate or architectural firm.
• Ability to manage teams effectively and foster a positive work environment.
• Strong auditing and analytical skills with the capacity to streamline processes.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful strategies.
• Proficiency in technology tools and systems for operational efficiency.
• MBA or equivalent is an added advantage.
• Must reside within close proximity to the Island (Ikoyi or nearby areas).
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record of achieving business objectives and driving growth.
• Knowledge of project management tools and techniques.

Salary
N500,000 per month.
