We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Pre-sales / Tech Support Specialist

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Availability: Immediate Resumption

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide technical solutions during the pre-sales phase.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Respond to technical inquiries and provide expert guidance on IT solutions and innovations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for clients in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s IT products, services, and solutions.
• Assist in the development of client-specific strategies to meet business needs.
• Document and escalate unresolved technical issues to the appropriate teams.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to better serve client needs.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in pre-sales or technical support within the IT sector.
• Strong technical expertise in IT innovations and solutions.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales and technical teams.
• Resides in or near Lekki, Ikate, or Jakande.
• Must be available to resume immediately.

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications in IT-related fields (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft certifications) are an advantage.
• Knowledge of cloud-based solutions and IT infrastructure is desirable.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / month.
