Job Title: Logistics Officer

Location: Apapa, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Logistics Officer to oversee and manage the smooth delivery of our products within Lagos.
• The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the state’s geography, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively with delivery agents. Candidates should possess relevant work experience in Logistics, e-commerce fufilment and last mile deliveries.
• They must also have good driving skills and valid Driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate product deliveries to various locations within Lagos.
• Develop and implement efficient delivery routes to optimize time, cost and other resources.
• Work closely with dispatch rides and delivery agents, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and track the status of deliveries, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
• Ensure all deliveries are completed within the scheduled timeframe and to the required standards.
• Maintain accurate records of delivery schedules, routes, and completed deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on delivery status and address any concerns.

Requirements

• HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a logistics role within the e-commerce or Engineering sector.
• In-depth knowledge of Lagos State geography and diverse areas.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Very good driving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with delivery agents and other team members.
• Proficiency in using logistics software and tools for planning and tracking deliveries.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to address issues promptly and effectively.

Salary
N100,000 - N130,000 monthly.
