SBC has recently entered into Home & Personal Care category with the 2SURE brand and launched its first product, a Hand & Surface Sanitizer. Seven Up boasts of nine bottling plants with state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities strategically located across various regions in the country.

Job Summary

• We are currently recruiting for a BI Developer Manager who'll lead and oversee a team of BI developers and analysts in designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions that enable data-driven decision-making within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and management for a team of BI developers and analysts, fostering a collaborative work environment and ensuring high performance.
• Develops and implements a BI strategy aligned with the organization's goals, ensuring BI solutions meet business needs.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to define requirements and design effective BI solutions, including data models, data warehouses, and reporting structures.
• Collaborates with the team on the integration of data from various sources, ensuring data quality and consistency.
• Leads the creation of interactive reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to enable end-users to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Evaluate and select BI tools, platforms, and technologies that align with the organization's needs and scalability.

Requirements

• Degree in the field of Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience.
• FMCG Business Knowledge
• Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate Certification
• Microsoft Office Specialist Expert Certification
• Any SQL Certification, e.g., (Oracle Database SQL Certified Associate Certification or Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals)
• Experience in data warehousing, project management, and data analytics.
