Job Title: Business Development Officer

Summary of Job Function
- The Relationship Manager is responsible for marketing company’s product to customers and prospective customers, providing excellent customer service, building positive business relationships.
- The Relationship Manager is expected to manage existing clients and to grow the client base through cooperate sales techniques.
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and cultivate new sales opportunities through various channels.
- Execute prospecting activities aligned with marketing plans and campaigns.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Manage assigned territory, achieve sales targets, and expand business.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies, generating new business.
- Drive sales, meet revenue targets, and identify business opportunities.
- Meet monthly and annual sales targets, providing feedback to internal teams.
- Prepare reports and fulfil other duties assigned by the line manager.
Qualification, Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree plus industry-related experience.
- 1 - 2 years post NYSC experience with a proven track record of meeting targets. Industry base experience will be an added advantage.
- Female Candidates are preferred for gender balance.
- Experience managing key customer relationships and closing strategic sales.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Must be good looking and smart
- Excellent communication skills to engage high-profile prospects.
- Must within Okota, Cele, Isolo, Oshodi, Mushin, Surulere and Festac axis
- Female candidates are preferred for gender balance.
Salary
N100,000 / Monthly base pay plus commission.
