Requirements
Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND, NCE or BEd in relevant fields with 0 - 2 years work experience.
• Fluency in Yoruba Language: Native or near-native fluency in Yoruba language, including reading, writing, and speaking.
• Strong Knowledge of Yoruba Culture: In-depth understanding of Yoruba culture, customs, and traditions.
• Teaching Experience: Prior teaching experience, especially in Yoruba language, is highly valued.
• Classroom Management: Ability to create a positive and productive learning environment.
• Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students, colleagues, and parents.
• Lesson Planning: Ability to design and deliver engaging, interactive, and curriculum-aligned lessons.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Specialized Knowledge: Expertise in specific areas, such as Yoruba language and literature, Yoruba history and culture, or Yoruba language teaching methodologies.
• Leadership Experience: Experience in leading extracurricular activities, clubs, or teams related to Yoruba language and culture.
• Community Involvement: Experience in community-based projects or initiatives that promote Yoruba language and culture.

Salary
N60,000 - N80,000 Monthly.
