Skills and Requirements:
- Extensive Knowledge of Computing or Networking hardware & software
- Software as a service
- Platform as a service
- Service Level Agreement
- Solutions architecture experience
- Software development background (a plus)
- EAI/ETL Experience
- SOA
- Web Development Technologies
- Cloud Concepts–
- Microsoft Enterprise skills – active directory, domain controller, etc.
- ERP experience
- Quality Assurance experience
- Change Management experience
- Incident/Problem Management experience
- Vendor Management
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum second-class university degree in Computer Science/Engineering.
- A postgraduate qualification in Management Information system or an MBA would be an advantage.
- Not less than 7 years work experience in a similar role.
