Purpose

• The Senior Research Manager will leverage expertise to secure business contracts, develop and maintain client partnerships, and achieve business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development
• Manage and enhance business partnerships.
• Develop and execute plans to generate leads and meet sales targets.
• Tailor proposals to client needs and represent the company at industry events.
• Collaborate with teams to develop and respond to business opportunities.
• Ensure effective communication with prospects and clients.
• Research Management
• Oversee research projects from design to reporting.
• Conduct surveys, focus groups, and data analysis.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on research findings.
• Ensure compliance with company and legal standards.
• Mentor and support team members to achieve research excellence.
• Knowledge Sharing and Development
• Stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements

• Minimum of B.Sc / HND in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in the same role.
