We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
As a Business Development Officer, you will:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships to drive revenue growth.
  • Design sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Sell real estate properties while maintaining excellent client relationships.
  • Provide exceptional service by ensuring clients receive all necessary forms, documents, and information promptly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3 - 5 years of proven experience in business development and Real Estate Sales
  • Must have a proven and verifiable track record of successful feats in property sales.
  • Strong understanding of market trends and dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace.
