Job Description

• An English teacher's job description includes creating a supportive learning environment, teaching reading, writing, and speaking, and providing feedback to students.

Responsibilities

• Create a supportive learning environment: Use interesting methods to teach reading, writing, and speaking
• Provide feedback: Track student progress and provide feedback on assignments and exams
• Identify special needs: Create individualized plans for students with special needs
• Organize coursework: Prepare materials and activities, assign homework, and organize classroom lectures
• Manage classroom crises: Resolve conflicts and manage classroom crises
• Communicate with parents: Inform parents about their child's performance
• Collaborate with staff: Work with administrators and teaching staff to create a good student experience
• Research teaching methods: Research new methods for teaching language.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with 4 - 5 years of work experience.

Salary
N90,000 - N120,000 / month.
