Job Description

• Technical drawing, also known as engineering drawing, isthe process of creating detailed diagrams that communicate how something is constructed or functions.Technical drafters use traditional tools and CAD software to create these drawings.

Responsibilities

• Create drawings: Use traditional tools or CAD software to create detailed drawings that meet project guidelines
• Collaborate with others: Work with engineers, architects, and other professionals to understand project goals and incorporate design feedback
• Ensure accuracy: Follow set rules to avoid confusion and ensure drawings are precise and specific
• Translate blueprints: Convert physical blueprints and sketches into electronic versions
• Provide instructions: Create working drawings that provide instructions for building or assembling products or structures

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 4-5 years experience.
• Problem solving:Analyze problems and come up with effective solutions that meet client needs
• Verbal communication:Communicate clearly with others to understand project goals and incorporate feedback
• Design skills:Use design skills and knowledge to create detailed drawings
• Math skills:Use math skills to create precise drawings
• Attention to detail:Pay close attention to detail to ensure drawings are accurate and meet project guidelines
• Technical drafters can work in the construction or housing industry, drafting blueprints for houses, buildings, or renovations.

Salary
N90,000 - N120,000 / Month.
