Job Description

• Support team members to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Build positive relationships with internal and external customers.
• Resolve complaints or escalate issues when needed.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, regulations, and standards.
• Support the implementation of new processes or technologies.

Requirements

• OND qualification in any relevant field.
• 1 - 2 years experience
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Proximity to Ikeja is a key requirement.
