Job Title: Patrol Supervisor (PMS)

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patrol Supervisor to join our client's Team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that operatives adhere to post orders, defined standards, operating procedures, and overall contractual service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities
Guards Supervision:

• Interpret post orders to operatives and ensure strict adherence to the orders at protected locations.
• Maintain complete and up-to-date site files at all locations.
• Enforce strict discipline and adherence to regulations among operatives.
• Monitor and drive compliance with service-level agreements to ensure overall service excellence and adherence to contract terms.

Surveillance:

• Conduct patrol tours of protected premises and ensure compliance with Security standards.
• Identify and escalate potential security risks and threats.
• Assist the Zonal Managers in administering processes, procedures, and related tasks.
• Respond promptly to client complaints or requests and escalate to appropriate officers as needed.

Reporting:

• Prepare daily incident reports or related documents and provide recommendations for improvement.

Qualification(s)

• Minimum of Ordinary National Diploma (OND), Lower Credit
• First Degree in any field is an added advantage

Competencies:

• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate fluently in English, both in written and verbal communication.
• Teamwork and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively with others to achieve common goals.
• Risk Assessment: Risk awareness; ability to identify security risks and threats in assigned locations.
• Supervisory Skills: Ability to supervise subordinates effectively, ensuring compliance with service standards.
• Time Management: Ability to manage work time effectively for optimal output and timely task delivery.
• Report Writing: Ability to gather required information and prepare reports for submission in the approved format.
• Compliance Monitoring: Knowledge of Security operational policies, procedures, and service standards. Additional Requirements:
• Motorcycle Riding Skill: The ability to ride a motorcycle and possession of an applicable rider’s license is mandatory or the willingness to ride a bike
• Complete and submit weekly patrol sheets to the Zonal Managers.
• Provide feedback on daily routine activities from clients.
• Knowledge of security practices and law enforcement principles is required.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Basic Investigative skills and techniques required
• Ability to use Microsoft and Excel on the Computer
• Effective interpersonal relationship skills are essential.
