Job Summary

• We are looking for a talented and experienced AI & ML Engineer to join our team to build cutting-edge efficient, data-driven artificial intelligence systems that advance our predictive automation capabilities.
• The ideal candidate will design and construct sophisticated Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models, in addition to improving and updating existing systems. The ultimate goal is to create efficient self-learning applications that can evolve over time.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop machine learning algorithms and deep learning applications and systems.
• Solve complex problems with multi-layered data sets, and optimize existing machine learning libraries and frameworks.
• Collaborate with team members on production systems and applications.
• Identify differences in data distribution that could potentially affect model performance in real-world applications.
• Ensure algorithms generate accurate user recommendations.
• Stay up to date with developments in the AI & ML industry.
• Run machine learning tests and experiments, and document findings and results.
• Train, retrain, and monitor machine learning systems and models as needed.
• Construct optimized data pipelines to feed machine learning models.
• Consult with managers to determine and refine machine learning objectives.
• Document machine learning processes, methodologies, and results to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration.
• Stay current with the most recent developments in AI & ML research, methodologies, and technologies, integrating them seamlessly into our workflow.
• Advise stakeholders on technology, strategy, and policy issues related to AI/ML

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a closely related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
• High-level expertise in programming languages such as Python, R, Java or Julia.
• Experience with deep learning, NLP, and TensorFlow.
• Proficiency in utilizing machine learning libraries and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• In-depth knowledge of machine learning frameworks, like Keras or PyTorch
• Familiarity with data structures, data modeling, and software architecture.
• Experience in REST API development, NoSQL database design, and RDBMS design and optimizations.
• Understanding of data structures, data modelling and software architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), computer vision, or other AI subfields.
• Solid grasp of mathematical concepts relevant to AI, such as linear algebra, calculus, and statistics.
• A comprehensive grasp of machine learning methodologies and principles, encompassing supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning.
• Experience with data manipulation, pre-processing, and feature engineering techniques.
