Job Title: Transportation Manager

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee transportation policies, procedures, and programs to ensure safe and efficient transportation operations.
• Supervise logistics, transportation, and customer delivery.
• Build and develop a high-performing transportation management team.
• Manage the fleet of vehicles and coordinate the transportation department’s daily activities, including scheduling, routing, and dispatching of vehicles and drivers.
• Coordinate vehicle assignments and input data into the system.
• Evaluate transporter performance and ensure alignment with company objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• 5 – 7 years experience in similar role.
• Should have extensive experience in dealing with transportation company and managing company owned fleet of trucks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary
N300,000 Monthly.
