Job Title: Housekeeper Supervisor

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cleaners ensuring they know their duties and work standards
• Operate and guide personnel in proper use of all cleaning equipment.
• Supervise, motivate & schedule all cleaning staff & maintain proper shift coverage
• Perform daily & weekly sanitation inspections.
• Maintain proper premise and facilities cleanliness & safety standards.
• Supervises cleaning staff and janitors to ensure clean, efficient work environment.
• Observes and evaluates employees' performance to devise methods for improving efficiency.
• Takes inventories of consumables weekly.
• Reports any faults to your supervisor.

Requirements

• Candidates with a College Degree in Hospitality or a related field.
• 5 - 7 years experience in related field.
