We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marine Administration Supervisor

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Recording and analysing ferry activities including all:
• Trips and use of boats
• Tracking of boat movements
• Condition of the boats and ensuring the condition is recorded accurately
• All other boat related metrics and activities
• Recording and analysing marine crew performance and activities
• Implementation of electronic management solutions including real time tracking of boat movements
• Ensuring all marine activities meet client standards and recording and analysing incidents when they do not
• Ensuring all timesheets are accurate and up to date, for both internal and external clients
• Issuing and tracking marine related requisitions, liaising with Procurement
• Working closely with junior staff to ensure accurate administrative records are taken and maintained
• Implementation and enforcement of Company procedures throughout the Department and the Company Compliance with Company regulatory standards, including but not limited to the ISO standards.

Requirements
Qualifications:

• University Degree in Administrative Course or its equivalent

Years of experience:

• At least 10 years’ experience working in administration
• At least 5 years of experience in managing people.
