  • We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive (B2C) to manage customer relationships, deliver exceptional service, handle order processing, and drive engagement across eCommerce and social media platforms.
  • Ideal candidates will have CRM experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Managing relationships with prospective and existing customers to ensure utmost customer satisfaction with the company’s products and services.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to all prospective and existing customers.
  • Interacting with prospective and existing customers on all eCommerce and social media platforms.
  • Managing order processing, tracking, and follow-ups to ensure timely delivery.
  • Analyzing customer feedback to identify service improvement opportunities and escalating issues as needed.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in customer service for a pharmaceutical and/or personal care business.
  • Years of Exp: 2 - 5 years
  • Experience in using a Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).
  • Pleasant demeanor, attitude, and a will/passion for service.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse customer profiles.
  • Proficiency in social media engagement and eCommerce platform management for customer interactions.

Salary
N124,000 monthly.
