The company has several notable products; Krystal IT Academy, Central Billing System, iLearnNG and Myskool portal to her credit alongside other non-disclosed works.

Job Description

• Krystal Digital is looking for a resourceful candidate that will be responsible for all company’s product development.
• You will work closely with cross-functional team to improve the existing product and launch new products.

Responsibilities

• Developing and creating a clear product strategy that aligns with company’s goals and objective
• Collaborate with members of the team, product and software developers.
• Define and assist with maintaining product roadmaps
• Manage a comprehensive documentation of all company’s products’
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer pain points, and opportunities for innovation.
• Define and manage product requirements, prioritize features, and make data-driven decisions to ensure the product's success.
• Have technical skills to collaborate with the engineering, design teams and other teams
• Overseeing products from idealization, documentation, process and launch
• Get feedback from client and track performances of products
• Communicate with shareholders and clients

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
• Relevant trainings and certification
• 4- 5 years’ experience in product management, including a track record of leading successful product launches.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Deep understanding of the industry, market trends, and customer needs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience with product management tools and methodologies.
• Technical background, with experience in using spreadsheets, and project management tools is an added advantage.
