We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Lecturer (Geology - Petroleum Geology and Sedimentology)

Department: Physical Science

Requirements

• Applicants must possess BSc, MSc. and PhD degrees in Geology from reputable University with specialization in Petroleum Geology and Sedimentology.
• The candidate must show evidence of academic leadership in terms of substantial scholarly publications indexed in ISI Web of Science or Scopus (in related field of studies), project design and monitoring, and administrative experience.
• Hands-on experience on the following would be an added advantage: Field work across different sedimentary basins in Nigeria; Sieve analysis and Thin section; and Vastness in sedimentary laboratory experiments.
