Job Title: Senior Estate Surveyor (Management)

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the management of large, complex, or high-value property portfolios.
• Developing and implementing property management strategies to maximize asset value and income.
• Managing budgets, financial reports, and client accounts.
• Conducting property inspections, identifying maintenance needs, and implementing repairs.
• Negotiating and managing contracts with tenants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Providing expert advice on property management best practices and market trends.
• Collaborating with other professionals, such as lawyers, accountants, and architects.
• Developing and maintaining client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• B.Sc in Estate Management
• A minimum of 5 years of cognate experience
• Advanced knowledge of property management principles and practices.
• Professional certifications, such as ANIVS will be required
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead teams.
• Strong analytical and financial management skills.
• ⁠Familiarity with industry-standard software and technologies.
