Job Title: Order Fulfillment Officer

Location: Tradefair, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Job Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders efficiently.
• Respond to customer inquiries online regarding product availability and costs.
• Sort, package, and label customer orders.
• Coordinate with dispatch riders for order pickups and delivery preparation.
• Inform customers about new arrivals and price changes.
• Promptly respond to all customer direct messages (DMs).
• Cross-sell and up-sell products to customers online.
• Confirm payments with management before processing orders.
• Monitor deliveries to ensure they reach their final destination.

Requirements

• OND / HND / B.Sc in any field.
• Minimum of 1 year of e-commerce and retail experience.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced environment in a similar role is an added advantage.
• Proximity to Trade Fair.
• Candidates must be tech-savvy and self-motivated.
• Comfortable communicating with a wide range of customers via chat.
