Job Description

• We are looking for proactive and results-driven Head of branch Operations/ Branch Managers to oversee operations and drive business growth at our branches in Lekki, Ajah, and Adeniyi Jones. If you are passionate about financial services, customer engagement, and business development, this is your chance to make an impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch operations with a focus on achieving business targets.
• Drive growth in loans, deposits, and other banking services within the assigned location.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Identify new business opportunities to increase branch profitability.
• Oversee day-to-day activities, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.
• Mentor and motivate branch staff to deliver exceptional service and meet performance goals.

Requirements

• Experience: 3–5 years in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong business development and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed financial targets.
