Job Title: Tele Sales Representative

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

The Position

• We are looking for telesales representatives to respond to our client's requests and sell our products and services through the phone and via our social media platforms.

Job Description

• Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about our product and services.
• Answering questions about products or the company
• Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
• Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
• Answering questions about products or the company
• Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, English or other related field.
• 5-8 year’s experience in a similar telesales role.
• Proficiency in the use of Fresh Desk is compulsory.
• Prior Experience working with a furniture manufacturing company will be an added advantage.

Salary
N100,000 - N200,000 / month.
