Job Summary

• We are seeking a talented and creative Fashion Designer to join our dynamic design team.
• In this role, you will be responsible for creating innovative and inspiring apparel collections that align with the brand's aesthetic and target market.
• You will have the opportunity to contribute to all stages of the design process, from initial concept sketches to final production.

Key Responsibilities
Design & Development:

• Conceptualize and develop original and innovative apparel designs, including sketches, mood boards, and technical drawings.
• Research and analyze market trends, competitor collections, and customer preferences.
• Develop and present design concepts to the design team and cross-functional teams.
• Create and maintain accurate technical specifications for garments.
• Select fabrics, trims, and colors that align with the brand's aesthetic and target market.
• Collaborate with pattern makers, sample technicians, and production teams to ensure the successful development of garments.
• Oversee the sampling process and provide feedback on fit, construction, and quality.

Collection Development:

• Contribute to the development of seasonal collections, ensuring they meet design, quality, and commercial objectives.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the brand's target market and their needs and preferences.
• Stay abreast of current fashion trends and industry developments.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• 2 years of relevant experience as a Fashion Designer, preferably within the women fashionindustry.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a creative vision, design aesthetic, and technical skills.
• Excellent sketching, drawing, and illustration skills.
• Knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, and draping techniques.
• Strong understanding of fabrics, trims, and production processes.
• Ability to work effectively within deadlines and under pressure.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Passion for fashion and a keen interest in current trends.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 Monthly.
