About the Job
- As the Growth and Sales Lead, you will play a key role in driving the platform’s expansion and revenue growth.
- Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will lead sales and marketing initiatives to grow our user base, optimize customer retention, and position the organization as a leader in the online education industry.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and execute a revenue-focused sales strategy with clear targets and KPIs.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing training, coaching, and mentorship.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities, customer segments, and strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer support teams to align sales strategies with organizational goals.
Marketing & User Acquisition:
- Design and implement data-driven marketing campaigns to attract, engage, and retain users.
- Manage and optimize marketing channels, including paid ads, email campaigns, social media, and content marketing.
- Lead user acquisition initiatives such as referral programs, influencer collaborations, and affiliate partnerships.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop impactful marketing materials.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met.
- Collect and analyze feedback to identify areas for product innovation and improvement.
- Implement retention strategies to reduce churn and maximize customer lifetime value.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on sales and marketing performance, providing actionable insights.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide regular updates and recommendations to the management team.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- 3 - 5 years proven experience in sales and marketing leadership, ideally in online education or e-learning.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Proficiency in sales and marketing tools, including CRM platforms and analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for leading and collaborating with diverse teams.
- Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of marketing KPIs and performance metrics.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for driving growth.
