About the Role
- As an Underwriter, you will play a key role in evaluating risks, developing tailored insurance policies, and driving profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze client data to assess risks and determine coverage options.
- Develop and approve policies aligned with client needs and company goals.
- Manage a diverse portfolio, ensuring compliance and profitability.
- Collaborate with clients, brokers, and internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
- Stay updated on market trends and regulations to refine underwriting strategies.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance, Finance, or a related field (ACII/CPCU certification is a plus).
- 3+ years of underwriting experience, ideally in a brokerage or underwriting firm.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in underwriting tools and knowledge of industry regulations.
