Job Description
- We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join its dynamic team. The role holder will be responsible for driving property sales and contributing to the revenue growth of the company.
Responsibilities
- Identifying and developing new leads to grow the client base
- Building and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Guiding clients through the entire property buying, selling, or renting process
- Conducting property tours and market analysis to showcase listings effectively
- Driving sales planning, forecasting and sales and customer service management
- Staying updated on market trends, pricing, and competitive activities
- Negotiating and closing deals, ensuring client satisfaction
- Providing excellent sales management experience for clients
- Develop and maintain an up-to-date customer and sales database
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role and industry
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.
- Must be conversant with challenges associated with Real Estate industry
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Software (e.g. MS Word, MS Excel)
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to deal with sensitive information in a professional manner.
