We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Location: Ogba Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / HND: A Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, Mass communications, or any related field.
• Proven Experience: At least 1-3 years of proven experience in business development, marketing or sales, or a related field within the advertising or media industry

Skills and Competencies:

• Marketing and Business Development:
• Strong understanding of the sales/marketing process, from lead generation to closing of business deals.
• Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities effectively.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
• Certification in CIM/ARCON will be an added advantage.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
