Job Description

  • We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at a leading dental supply company.
  • The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of dental products and equipment to dentists, dental clinics, and dental laboratories.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the dental industry.
  • Implement sales strategies to achieve set sales targets and increase revenue.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and cold-calling.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide product knowledge to customers.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to drive product improvements and promotions.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to network and promote company products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Medical or Natural Sciences, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2 – 5 years work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the Healthcare Industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and passionate about sales.
