Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive technical leadership experience.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects, and digital transformation.
- Deep understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital transformation.
- Track record of developing and executing technology roadmaps.
- Strong business acumen and experiencewith P&L responsibility.
- Deep understanding of industrial automation, control systems or processing engineering.
- Experience with industrial loT, digital twin technology, and smart manufacturing.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Track record of successful vendor/partner relationship management.
- Experience in M&A technical due deligience.
- Understanding of cybersecurity and risk manageent.
- Strong problem-solving and analytica thinking.
- Proven ability to drive innovation and change management.
