We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: IT Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT service management and delivery operations, including Technology Operations, Application Services, Support and Help Desk.
• Advise the Chief Information officer on project prioritization leveraging industry best practices on strategy and portfolio/project management.
• Facilitates the purchase, design, implementation, and maintenance of various technology projects, develops disaster recovery and restoration plans, and works with vendors, consultants, and contractors to optimize computing capabilities.
• Collaborate with the CIO to develop and execute the bank's long-term IT strategy, aligning technology with business objectives
• Participate in strategic planning sessions to translate business needs into IT requirements.
• Lead and oversee major IT projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of IT infrastructure, including network, systems, and data centers.
• Ensure system availability, performance, and security by monitoring key metrics and implementing corrective actions.
• Manage IT vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and service levels.
• Identify and evaluate new technologies that can enhance the bank's digital capabilities and customer experience.
• Drive the adoption of innovative solutions across the bank's IT landscape.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 10-12 years experience.

Salary
N12,000,000 - N14,000,000 / Annum.
