Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential clients.
• Promote company properties and services through various marketing channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to drive sales.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare and present marketing materials and proposals to clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing, sales, or a related field (experience in real estate is a plus).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in digital marketing and social media tools is an advantage.
• A results-driven and customer-focused attitude.

Salary
N100,000 - N200,000 per month.
