What You’ll Do
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver innovative solutions to clients.
What We’re Looking For
- 4 - 6 years of proven experience in business development, ideally within the Real Estate sector.
- Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- A track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
