Job Summary

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct market analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver innovative solutions to clients.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4 - 6 years of proven experience in business development, ideally within the Real Estate sector.
  • Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • A track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
