We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Architect
Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilites
- Develop architectural designs and detailed drawings for furniture production and interior projects.
- Collaborate with the CAD and CAM teams to ensure seamless integration of designs into production.
- Conduct site audits to ensure compliance with architectural plans and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to meet project goals and deadlines.
- Provide input on materials, finishes, and technical specifications to enhance product quality.
- Conduct research on current trends, innovative techniques, and sustainable materials.
- Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and project-specific requirements.
- Prepare BOQs and liaise with relevant teams to ensure accurate inventory management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in architecture, furniture design, or related fields.
- Willingness to relocate to Abuja within a few months
- Proficiency in architectural software such as SketchUp, Lumion.
- Strong understanding of materials, fabrication techniques, and production processes.
- Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Creative problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Willingness to relocate to Abuja within a few months.
