Job Summary

• The Field Sales Marketer is responsible for promoting and selling products or services directly to customers in designated areas.
• This role involves building relationships with potential clients, executing marketing strategies, and achieving sales targets through on-the-ground engagement.
• The Field Sales Marketer must have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to represent the company professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify potential customers and generate leads through field visits, networking, and referrals.
  • Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Close sales deals and achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.

• Marketing and Promotion:

  • Execute field marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Distribute promotional materials and explain product or service benefits to target audiences.
  • Participate in events, trade shows, or community activities to promote the company’s offerings.

• Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.

• Market Research and Analysis:

  • Gather market insights and analyze customer preferences, competition, and industry trends.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to the marketing and sales teams to improve strategies.

• Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, or monthly sales reports to the supervisor.

• Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align field activities with overall business goals.
  • Share field insights and customer feedback to support product or service improvements.

 Salary
N100,000 - N150,00 monthly.
