We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Security Supervisor

Location: Oregun Ikeja, Lagos

Responsibilities 

• Supervise daily security operations, ensuring all security staff are adequately deployed and trained to perform their duties effectively.
• Conduct regular security checks and patrols of the facility, including access control, perimeter security, and surveillance.
• Manage and monitor security systems such as CCTV, alarms, and access control systems.
• Oversee the development, implementation, and adherence to security protocols and emergency response procedures.
• Investigate and report any security incidents, accidents, or violations, ensuring thorough documentation and follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal departments (HR, Operations, etc.) to ensure compliance with safety regulations and security standards.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the security team, offering support and resolving any issues or conflicts.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate potential threats to the organization.
• Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services as required.
• Maintain detailed records of all security activities, incidents, and reports.
• Ensure all security equipment is properly maintained and functional.
• Train and mentor new security staff on procedures, protocols, and emergency procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• In-depth knowledge of security operations, safety protocols, and risk management.
