We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Lead (Interior Design)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Remote (Onsite once a month in Ikeja, Lagos)
Industry: Interior Design

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing ones.
  • Identify client pain points and recommend tailored interior design solutions to address their needs.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
  • Create and present business proposals customized to meet clients' specific requirements.
  • Oversee the sales process to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Generate revenue by identifying opportunities and aligning them with company offerings.
  • Manage and grow the sales team, providing mentorship and setting clear goals.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that drives performance and innovation.
  • Use CRM software, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite to manage client relationships and streamline operations.
  • Collect and analyze client feedback to improve service delivery and align offerings with market demands.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, with mandatory experience in the interior design industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow sales teams effectively.

Salary
N400,000 / Month.
