We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Agent - Credit Alert Team

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• To drive customer acquisition and facilitate loan processing, ensuring the company’s sales targets are achieved

Key Responsibilities

• Actively promote Credit Alert loan products to potential customers through calls and other communication channels.
• Process and manage loan applications with accuracy and compliance.
• Build and sustain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with team members to meet collective and individual goals.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

• Achieve the set monthly sales target per agent.
• Ensure accuracy and compliancein loan processing.
• Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries promptly.
• Achieve a daily target of 100 calls.

Qualifications

• OND in Marketing and sales.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Salary
N60,000 Monthly (plus commission).
