We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Locations: Wuye, Abuja (FCT) & Lekki, Lagos
Work Hours: Mondays - Fridays 9 am - 6 pm

Job Overview

• We are seeking a proactive enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to manage client communications across social media platforms and respond to incoming phone calls for both Msmetics and Outlash.
• This role is responsible for providing timely, accurate, and professional responses to inquiries, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to customer messages, comments, and inquiries across all social media platforms.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, promotions, and company policies.
• Escalate complaints or complex issues to the appropriate team members.
• Answer incoming phone calls professionally and promptly, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
• Provide clear solutions or direct customers to additional resources if further assistance is required
• Strive to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering friendly, patient, and knowledgeable service.

Qualifications

• ND, HND, or B.Sc Degree in any field.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and adapt.
• High level of professionalism and patience in handling challenging situations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication, innovation, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing trends.

Salary and Benefits

• N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
