Job Title: Retail Advisor (Msmetics)

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Work Hours: 5 days weekly

Job Overview

• Msmetics is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Retail Advisor to join our team. The Retail Advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers with product selections, and ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers into the store, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere.
• Assist customers in finding products that suit their preferences and meet their needs.
• Provide expert advice on makeup products.
• Stay informed about the latest makeup trends, and product features.
• Have a thorough understanding of Msmetics product collections.
• Educate customers on the quality and uniqueness of our products.
• Suggest complementary items and upsell makeup products to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
• Respond to order requests via email and social media platforms.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security measures.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
• Attend brand exhibitions, trade fairs, etc;
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve the overall shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an ND, HND, or BSC in any field with 2 years experience
• Additional education in makeup or retail management is a plus.
• Proven experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the makeup industry.
• Passion for makeup trends.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Close proximity to the island or its environs.

Salary and Benefits

• N100,000 - N150,000 / Month.
