Job Description
Project Budgeting & Cost Control:

• Develop and manage project budgets in collaboration with project managers.
• Monitor project expenses to ensure they are within approved budgets.
• Implement cost control measures to minimize financial risks.

Financial Reporting:

• Prepare and present periodic financial reports for each project, including profit and loss statements, cash flow analysis, and variance reports.
• Ensure timely invoicing of clients and track payments to maintain positive cash flow.
• Provide regular updates to management on project financial performance.

Accounts Management:

• Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable for all projects.
• Ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions related to projects.
• Manage bank reconciliations and project-related financial audits.
• Mentor, coach and develop accounting staff, providing guidance, and support
• Act as a financial advisor to the company.

Compliance & Documentation:

• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and tax laws in Nigeria.
• Maintain accurate financial records for all projects, ensuring they are audit- ready.
• Develop and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

• Work closely with the procurement team to manage project costs and supplier payments.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
• Provide financial guidance to project managers and other departments to improve project profitability.

Job Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree / HND in any relevant field
• Experience: 5-7 years.
