Description

• We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Care Representative to join their team.
• The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
• Assist customers with product information and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Ensure timely follow-up on customer queries and feedback.
• Collaborate with the sales and administrative teams to enhance the customer experience.
• Uphold company policies and maintain a positive brand image.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer care, sales, or an administrative role.
• Proficiency in computer use and basic software applications.
• Education: ND, OND, HND, or BSC.
• Age: Not above 28 years old.
• Must reside around Idumota, Lagos Island (e.g., Obalende, CMS, Ebute Metta, etc.).
• Must be available to resume immediately.
• Gender: Male or Female

Salary
N70,000 / Month.
