Job Description

• Are you an experienced and proactive professional with a passion for property management and customer satisfaction?
• We are seeking a dynamic Airbnb Facility Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our Airbnb properties and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day management of Airbnb properties, ensuring optimal functionality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
• Actively source new clients and expand the property portfolio.
• Handle guest inquiries, bookings, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Manage check-ins, check-outs, and ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Coordinate with service providers and maintenance teams to uphold property standards.
• Monitor financial performance, including occupancy rates and revenue.
• Prepare regular reports on property performance and client acquisition.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degree
• Proven experience in property management or hospitality.
• Strong sales and marketing acumen, with a track record of client acquisition.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with the Airbnb platform and short-term rental market trends.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
• Residency in Jakande, Lekki, or nearby areas.

• Competitive base Salary: N100,000 Monthly + up to 10% performance-based commissions on new clients brought in.
