Job Profile
- Requires excellent knowledge of the Nigerian financial services industry
- Requires sound familiarity with banking operations including cash operations, retail collections, payment services and related activities
- Will be required to be extremely customer-focused and be passionate about excellent service delivery
- Will be required to lead and manage a large and diverse team over a national operational footprint
- Will be required to develop and manage company-wide service improvement plans
- Will be required to develop and implement policies that will position the company as a preferred solutions provider of choice in the Nigeria market
Person Specifications
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration and related courses of study
- Demonstrable competence and familiarity with banking operations, cash and tellering and the financial services value chain
- Ability to design and manage large logistics operations over a national footprint
- Minimum of 20 years progressive experience in a financial services environment or other related work environments including the last 5 years in Executive Management position
