Job Profile
- Will be required to develop and implement strategic human resources management plans
- Industrial relations to engender productivity and effective working relationships among stakeholders companywide
- Will generate reports and analytics on HR and industry trends for decision making
Person Specifications
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Human Resources or Social Sciences and membership of acceptable professional bodies
- Demonstrable competencies in strategic human resources management, strategic thinking, decision making, ethical conduct
- Minimum of 10 years progressive related experience, five of which must have been as a team leader
