Job Profile
- Will design, implement and manage high level finance and accounting function for the company
- Will provide leadership in implementation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives and offering technical advisory for financial performance and business opportunities
- Will be required to provide credible, timely and accurate financial input on investment, accounting and finance as well as analysis of budgets and financial reports and trends to the Board and Executive Management for productivity and profitability
- Will develop reliable computer-assisted cashflow projections and financial management processes and reporting mechanism including efficient management of the finance function
Person Specifications
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, and membership of relevant professional bodies.
- Demonstrable competence in financial management, business ethics and up to date financial reporting legislations, principles and financial services industry specific regulations and guidelines
- Minimum of 15 years progressive and relevant work experience , including the last 5 years in Senior Management position
