Job Profile
- Will provide strategic and operational leadership for the design, acquisition, deployment and maintenance of the company’s bespoke integrated ICT systems to meet strategic plans
- Will be required to oversee the implementation and maintenance of integrated ICT systems, cloud applications and network infrastructures to wholly support corporate strategy and business operations
- Will be required to align ICT with business requirements and driving innovations on the digital fronts for business competitiveness and the satisfactory customer experience company wide.
Person Specifications
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Computer Science, ICT, and other related fields of study plus membership of relevant professional bodies.
- Demonstrable competence in all aspects of ICT planning and operations
- Familiarity with relevant and related areas such as project management, payment solutions, strategic planning, business processes, services outsourcing, shared services, basic enterprise software applications, programming, networking
- Must be able to manage all regulatory interfaces effectively and proactively as well as demonstrate familiarity with all applicable industry statutes, guidelines and regulations
- Minimum of 15 years progressive work experience in relevant organisations, including the last 5 years in Senior Management position
