- Will collate and manage feedbacks through customer relationship management models
Person Specifications
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or Social Sciences and membership of acceptable professional bodies
- Demonstrable competence in customer service, customer relationship management, networking, computer-aided analytics
- Minimum of 10 years progressive related experience, five of which must have been as a team leader
